About the Role

Norgine is seeking a Consumer Promotional Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer Healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of our consumer materials and activities with local regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve promotional and non-promotional consumer materials and activities to ensure compliance with relevant local requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on consumer content governance, copy approval, and local requirements.
  • Provide examination and approval of materials and activities for allocated territories.
  • Support the development and delivery of capability programmes for content owners.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively identify and mitigate potential opportunities and risks.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and therapeutic areas.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining a KOL network.
  • Experience working in Consumer Healthcare (OTC products and/or Medical Devices).
  • Medical degree desirable; Scientific/health related degree (i.e. PhD) acceptable if supported by good experience.
