Healthcare Compliance Manager, Consumer Health

Norgine is a leading healthcare organization that transforms lives with innovative healthcare solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Compliance Manager to join our Consumer Healthcare division.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs related to consumer health, ensuring adherence to EU and local regulations, industry standards, and Consumer Health Codes of Practice.
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify changes in relevant regulations, assess their impact, and update compliance programs accordingly.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports, attend relevant forums and committee meetings, and promote compliance training programs to educate and increase compliance awareness.
- Manage compliance risks, identify and assess risks related to consumer health products, and support risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and manage audits and inspections, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any compliance issues identified.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance within the consumer health industry, ideally with experience in more than one country.
- In-depth knowledge of European consumer healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical advertising, promotional regulations, and Consumer Health Codes of Practice.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective compliance programs.
- Excellent communication and training skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience with digital health compliance.
