We are seeking a highly skilled Property Accounts Assistant to join our team at Turner Wise Recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a property accounts role and be proficient in receipting rents, creating landlord statements, and chasing outstanding tenant rents. They will also be able to create new accounts, carry out various reconciliations, process tenant refunds, and communicate with landlords and tenants.
The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of word and excel. They will also be able to follow instructions and work under pressure.
