Advanced Frailty Care Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Advanced Nurse Practitioner. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, developing their skills and knowledge to support patient care in our frailty services.
The role involves working collaboratively with our experienced frailty practitioners, gaining valuable experience and skills in clinical history taking, examinations, investigation requests, treatment initiation, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Continuing professional development and training
The salary for this role is approximately £34,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements
- NMC registration as a 1st Level Nurse or Allied Healthcare Professional
- Valid driving license and ability to use a car for work purposes
- Degree-level study and evidence of ongoing CPD
- ENB998/730 or equivalent qualification
