As an Agile Maintenance Engineer at MM Flowers, you will play a vital role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in maintenance activities will contribute significantly to our goal of delivering exceptional quality and service to customers.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is in addition to holiday allowances, pension scheme contributions, onsite parking, and other benefits outlined below.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake planned preventative maintenance and condition monitoring for key equipment and machinery across manufacturing areas.
  • Prioritise activities such as reactive maintenance and breakdowns to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
  • Support TPM initiatives and assist with training colleagues in relevant activities.
  • Inform line management of any damage suspected due to mistreated use of equipment or machinery.
  • Ensure tools and equipment used for maintenance purposes comply with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Support additional maintenance tasks across UK sites as requested.
  • Assist with general office maintenance requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications
