Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment, maintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance of equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
