Agile Maintenance Specialist

We are currently seeking Engineers for both Day shift and Night shift roles. As a maintenance engineer, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing areas. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and investigating opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment performance, using KPIs and Visual Management techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake a programme of Planned Preventative Maintenance and condition monitoring for key equipment & machinery across the manufacturing areas.
- Prioritise activities such as reactive maintenance, breaks etc. to provide a fast response to breakdowns within the manufacturing areas.
- Support and encourage a programme of TPM and assist with the training of colleagues in relevant activities, in accordance with H&S and engineering legislative codes of practice policies and procedures.
You will also be required to:
- Support with additional maintenance tasks across the UK sites as and when requested.
- Support with general office maintenance requests.
What You Can Already Do
- Fault finding during production.
- Performing planned and predictive maintenance.
- Assessing need of spare parts.
- Undertake effective planning and prioritisation of workload wherever necessary.
- Ensure that resources are used to optimum effect.
- Understand and operate in line with relevant legislation, Company policy and procedures.
- Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation and records as required by the business.
- Maintain the required standards of housekeeping.
- Support other teams and functions as required by the business.
- Undertake self-development activities as required by the business.
- Undertake any other tasks or duties as required by your line manager.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices operated by the Company.
- Liaise with Coordinator to establish requirements.
- Manage and ensure full and timely completion of assigned or identified projects.
Salary Estimate: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
