Maintenance Engineering Professional

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineering Professional to join our team at Coveris, a leading European print & packaging company based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. As an ideal candidate for this role, you will possess an engineering specific qualification from an apprenticeship and have extensive experience working as a maintenance engineer within industrial/manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities and Expectations:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including fault finding, problem solving, and planned and preventative maintenance on plant and equipment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth production operations.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £42,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset. The working hours are Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:00 and Friday 08:00-15:00, with call outs and overtime opportunities available. Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a progressive holiday entitlement scheme, free pension advice, life cover, and other staff rewards.
