Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Ecologist to join our team at RSK Biocensus in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field surveys, assessments, and reports on various projects across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecological consultancy, excellent project management skills, and a passion for environmental conservation. You will work closely with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to deliver successful projects and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

**Responsibilities:**
• Manage and oversee medium to large-scale projects from commencement to completion
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Conduct fieldwork, including out-of-hours surveys, as required
• Oversee site work and undertake practical elements of habitat management or creation
• Assist with the delivery of survey and research reports, including document reviews, statistical analyses, licence applications, and reporting
• Contribute to the growth and development of the team by sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices

**Requirements:**
• First degree in a relevant discipline or vocational qualification
• 5 years of specific relevant experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Species-specific personal licences desirable
• Associate membership with CIEEM
• Abide by CIEEM's Code of Professional Conduct
