Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective phone and email support to our customers, ensuring their queries and issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Complaint Resolution: Take ownership of customer complaints, handling them from start to finish, and ensuring a satisfactory resolution for the customer.
  • Trend Identification: Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and common issues, providing insights to improve our overall service.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on all customer queries and complaints, maintaining consistent communication until the issue is fully resolved.
  • Cross-Department Liaison: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our customers, coordinating with teams to resolve any complex issues.
  • Communication: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear, concise, and professional interactions at all times.
  • Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple customer queries simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to track and report customer issues, and manage data efficiently.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident Phone Manner: Confident and professional phone manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving issues from start to finish.
  • Trend Identification: Ability to identify trends and suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Multi-Tasking: Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive Attitude: A proactive and responsible attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
