Fertiliser and Nutrient Product Manager

This role is responsible for driving sales growth, cultivating client relationships, and managing sales reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C sales, focusing on the agricultural sector, and will bring a passion for sustainable farming practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, with a specific focus on fertiliser and nutrient products.
- Cultivate Client Relationships: Leverage existing networks and establish new ones to deliver added value to farmers through our fertiliser and nutrient offerings.
- Manage Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance versus budget, update forecasts, and offer detailed market intelligence related to fertiliser and nutrient products.
- Proactive Customer Service: Manage customer complaints and incidents to maintain high levels of satisfaction, particularly with fertiliser and nutrient products.
