About the Opportunity:

Eviden's Digital Transformation Consulting Practice offers a fast-paced consulting environment where you will work alongside high-performing experts worldwide. We have delivered multiple award-winning projects recognized by the UK Management Consultancies Association.

As a member of the Digital Strategy, Insight & Experience team, you will lead clients on a journey from insights to experience transformation. The team provides services including discovery, experience strategy & design, concept development, product management, and experience measurement.

This role requires UK domestic travel and holding or obtaining Security Clearance to work with UK public sector organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee product development cycles to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, user engagement, and profitability.
  • Identify and address product issues, risks, and bottlenecks proactively.

The ideal candidate should have experience designing and delivering end-to-end digital products, knowledge of agile methodology, and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions. A passion for learning new technologies and improving team outputs is essential.

Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering software products in a large-scale software delivery organization.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with Service Design, Scaled Agile, Design Thinking, Human Centred Design, or similar techniques.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
