Mental Health Matters (MHM) is a national charity with over 40 years of experience in delivering high-quality mental health and social care services. We have a positive impact on the lives of people living with mental health needs in our local communities.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team as a Helpline Support Advisor. You will be working on a rota basis, covering days, evenings, night shifts, and weekends. Part-time hours are also available.

You will receive a tailored induction and probation review program, providing you with the tools needed to succeed in the role. Our structured career development pathways and support from our accredited Learning Team will help you flourish in your chosen career.

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
