Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a service experience strategy that aligns with our organization's vision and values.
- Lead a team of staff to provide a positive and supportive working environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all residents receive a high-quality experience, with their needs and expectations met and exceeded.
- Manage the food service operation, working closely with the executive chef to plan, prepare, and deliver nutritious meals in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain a robust activities program that caters to the interests and needs of our residents, promoting health and wellness.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of food service operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and delivery, as well as a good understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements.
- Strong understanding of the needs and interests of older people and the ability to develop and deliver a range of activities that are engaging, fun, and promote health and wellness.
- Strong understanding of budget management and the ability to manage costs effectively while delivering high-quality service.
- An excellent salary of £33,000 per annum.
