Commercial Administrator

FM Conway is seeking a skilled Commercial Administrator to support our Term Maintenance division in providing exceptional contract administration services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering and monitoring our interactions with clients and their electronic financial management systems, ensuring timely and accurate payment applications and receipts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor FM Conway's interaction with clients and their electronic financial management systems.
- Prepare and submit payment applications and receipts within required timescales.
- Process completion and maintenance certificates, and request purchase orders as needed.
- Support the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor in client payments to avoid cash flow problems and late receipt of funds.
- Liaise with site teams and the training team to ensure course attendance and maintain workforce competence.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the highways or construction industry is beneficial.
- GCSE level or equivalent education, and NVQ Level 2 in business administration or equivalent.
