Commercial Administrator

FM Conway is seeking a skilled Commercial Administrator to support our Term Maintenance division in providing contract administration services to our operational team. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Richmond depot in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor FM Conway's interactions with clients and their electronic financial management systems.
- Prepare and submit applications for payment within required timescales.
- Process receipting task orders and completion/maintenance certificates.
- Prepare and submit weekly resource forecasts for borough plant and materials.
- Support the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor in client payments to avoid cash flow problems and late receipt of funds.
- Liaise with site teams and the training team to ensure course attendance and maintain workforce competence.
- Request purchase orders and raise requisitions as required.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative skills, competent in the full Microsoft Office Suite, and a strong eye for detail. Experience in the highways or construction industry is beneficial. A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in business administration or equivalent is required. This role involves travel to other FM Conway locations, so a full UK driving licence is necessary.
