Commercial Administrator

FM Conway is seeking a skilled Commercial Administrator to provide contract administration support to our operational team in the Term Maintenance division. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Richmond depot in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor FM Conway's interaction with clients and their electronic financial management systems.
- Prepare applications for payment and ensure timely submission.
- Process receipting task orders and completion certificates.
- Prepare and submit weekly resource forecasts for borough plant and materials.
- Support the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor in client payments to avoid cash flow problems.
- Liaise with site teams and the training team to ensure course attendance and workforce competence.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and a keen eye for detail. Experience in the highways or construction industry is beneficial. A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in business administration or equivalent is required. This role involves travel to other FM Conway locations, so a full UK driving license is necessary.
