Job Summary

We are seeking a Waste Management Operative to join our team at The Forge Retail Park in Glasgow. This part-time permanent opportunity involves working 3 days a week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with a 5-hour shift each day on a rotating basis. As a Waste Management Operative, you will be responsible for litter picking, emptying bins, and replacing bin bags while ensuring all waste is disposed of in our on-site euro bin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Litter picking and maintaining a clean environment
  • Emptying and replacing bin bags
  • Safely handling waste disposal equipment
Requirements:
  • Able to work early mornings
  • Physically capable of carrying out demanding tasks
  • Ability to work safely within guidelines and legislation
  • Prior experience in a similar role or related field
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
