About the Role:
Are you passionate about supporting children with autism? Do you have a strong understanding of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA)? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Education Support Worker to join our team at a school in Solihull. As an ABA specialist, you will work closely with our experienced staff to provide high-quality support to our pupils.
Main Responsibilities:
* Organise workload for pupils and deliver teaching using ABA and PECS (where appropriate)
* Participate in regular training and development reviews with senior leaders
* Work in a High Dependency Unit on a 1:1 and small group basis with children diagnosed with autism
