Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Control Room Operator to join our team at Samsic UK Security. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional control room duties and resource planning to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, holiday, and sickness
  2. Manage last-minute sickness and planned absence
  3. Monitor and manage the Bradford Factor
  4. Approve annual leave requests
  5. Coordinate regional rotas and provide support cover
  6. Dispatch alarms to our response teams
  7. Prepare and process payroll
  8. Manage wage queries and staff welfare calls
  9. Liaise with clients to ensure seamless service delivery
  10. Update spreadsheets, run reports, and maintain databases
  11. Send key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Requirements:

  1. Right to work in the UK
  2. Strong customer service skills
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel and Word
