Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Control Room Operator/Resource Planner to join our team at Samsic UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional control room duties and resource planning to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, holiday, and sickness.
  • Coordinate last-minute sickness and planned absence, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients.
  • Implement and manage the Bradford Factor to optimize employee well-being and productivity.
  • Approve annual leave requests and ensure seamless coverage.
  • Develop and manage regional rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient resource allocation.
  • Respond to last-minute client requests and dispatch alarms to our Response Teams.
  • Prepare and process payroll, addressing any wage queries or discrepancies.
  • Conduct staff welfare calls to ensure employee satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Update spreadsheets, run reports, and maintain databases to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and Operations Manager to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
