Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, holiday, and sickness.
- Coordinate last-minute sickness and planned absence, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients.
- Implement and manage the Bradford Factor to optimize employee well-being and productivity.
- Approve annual leave requests and ensure seamless coverage.
- Develop and manage regional rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient resource allocation.
- Respond to last-minute client requests and dispatch alarms to our Response Teams.
- Prepare and process payroll, addressing any wage queries or discrepancies.
- Conduct staff welfare calls to ensure employee satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Update spreadsheets, run reports, and maintain databases to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and Operations Manager to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel and Word.
