We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Manager to join our team at Southdown, a leading provider of care, support, and supported housing across Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with excellent data analysis and numeracy skills to drive business insight and inform our long-term Asset Management strategy.

The successful candidate will have experience in SQL and database systems, as well as working with reporting packages such as PowerBI or SSRS. They will be responsible for providing service leads with the information and data required to meet KPI targets and statutory requirements, while also developing business insight to inform our Housing & Asset Management Strategy.

This role is estimated to offer a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a family-friendly employer, we recognise the importance of a work-life balance and welcome applications from candidates who share our values.
