About the Role
The Hollister associate is a key member of our sales team, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming store environment. As a retail sales associate, you will be responsible for:
- Customer Experience
- Ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience through active listening, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
- Anticipating and responding to customer needs, providing solutions to meet their expectations.
- Store Presentation and Sales Floor
- Maintaining a visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
- Ensuring the sales floor is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards.
- Communication
- Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring clear and concise information is shared.
- Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their purchasing decisions.
- Asset Protection and Shrink
- Protecting company assets, including merchandise, fixtures, and equipment, from loss or damage.
- Reporting any incidents or concerns to management, ensuring prompt action is taken to prevent future occurrences.
- Policies and Procedures
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Participating in training and development programs, staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
