About the Role

The Hollister associate is a key member of our sales team, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming store environment. As a retail sales associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Experience
    • Ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience through active listening, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
    • Anticipating and responding to customer needs, providing solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor
    • Maintaining a visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
    • Ensuring the sales floor is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards.
  • Communication
    • Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring clear and concise information is shared.
    • Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their purchasing decisions.
  • Asset Protection and Shrink
    • Protecting company assets, including merchandise, fixtures, and equipment, from loss or damage.
    • Reporting any incidents or concerns to management, ensuring prompt action is taken to prevent future occurrences.
  • Policies and Procedures
    • Adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Participating in training and development programs, staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development
    • Participating in on-the-job training and development programs, ensuring knowledge and skills are up-to-date.
    • Seeking feedback and coaching from management and colleagues, using it to improve performance and achieve goals.
