Job Title: Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrative Assistant to provide daily support for an adult in various aspects of life, including domestic, personal, parenting, work, and social activities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to use initiative, and demonstrate a strong commitment to this role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Domestic duties: cleaning, laundry, shopping, meal preparation, and maintenance of the household.
  • Personal care: assisting with bathing, dressing, and administering medication.
  • Parenting: caring for cats and plants, taking them to vet appointments, and undertaking occasional gardening tasks.
  • Work-related tasks: driving, paperwork, and research.
Person Specification:
  • Efficient and organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to use initiative and accept responsibility.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and confidential.
  • Respect for the way the client chooses to live.
  • Good general health and plenty of energy.
  • A safe and calm driver with a minimum of 12 months' clean UK driving licence.
  • Ability to plan and prepare healthy vegetarian food.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Non-smoker.
  • At ease with cats.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
