We're recruiting an experienced Adult Care Assistant Shifts to join our team in Knowle, Bristol.
As an Adult Care Assistant Shifts, you'll provide daily care and support to learning disabled adults, helping them discover new interests, achieve goals, and maintain relationships.
Our services are busy and fun places to work, offering a different experience every day. You'll support people to develop skills and achieve goals in various activities and community access.
We offer a competitive salary, flexible working hours, and a range of benefits, including a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.

- Estimated Salary: £11.44 per hour, rising to £11.74 from October 2024 (dependent on location and experience)
- Location: Knowle, Bristol
- Flexible Working Hours: Including 'Sleep ins' paid at £44.62 per shift plus over 12% holiday pay
- Annual Leave: 33 days, including eight statutory bank holidays
- Benefits: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key Christmas dates; Fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care; Health, retail, and cash incentives
