About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience), offering a range of benefits and opportunities for career development.
- Shift Times: 8.30am - 18:00 Monday to Friday
As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with the individuals to promote their independence, well-being, and safety, and maintain accurate records of their care plans.
Key Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience working as a Care Assistant or Support Worker in a similar setting.
- NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and maintaining professional boundaries.
