  • Shift Times: 8.30am - 18:00 Monday to Friday

As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with the individuals to promote their independence, well-being, and safety, and maintain accurate records of their care plans.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working as a Care Assistant or Support Worker in a similar setting.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and maintaining professional boundaries.
