About the Role

You will support students on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them develop skills in areas such as communication, teamwork, and self-regulation. This role involves building strong relationships with students, providing guidance and support to ensure their well-being.

We are looking for a compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting young people in an educational environment. The successful candidate will have experience working with young people, ideally in a youth work or education setting, and hold a patient approach with a desire to support young people to overcome challenges.
