Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as a Senior Practitioner for Young Adults. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with young adults and transitions services, and be able to provide high-quality support to enable our young people to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will work closely with a wide range of agencies and professionals, including health, education, children's services, housing, provider services, and the police. They will also have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge through regular supervision, training, and opportunities for career progression.
