About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Vulnerable Adult Mentorship Program specialist to join our team at the Seetec Group Ltd. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a positive impact in their community by supporting men over 18 years old in their reintegration journey.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable adults and a desire to provide high-quality support and guidance. As a Vulnerable Adult Mentorship Program specialist, you will work closely with participants to identify their strengths and areas for improvement and develop personalized plans to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support participants' goals and objectives
  • Provide regular mentoring sessions and ongoing support to participants
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure effective support and supervision
  • Process DBS checks and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults
  • Qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures
