Trust Administration Assistant

The Trust Administration Assistant role at the University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust involves providing high-quality administrative support to various teams across the organisation. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
• Providing administrative support to multiple teams
• Developing and maintaining accurate records and databases
• Implementing effective administrative systems and processes
Essential Requirements:
• Educated to NVQ 3 admin or equivalent qualification in business administration/similar subject or experience
• Excellent understanding and experience of IT packages Word & Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
