The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Leaf Quality Controller to join our team at our state-of-the-art farm in Kent. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our baby leaf produce.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and analyzing leaf samples to identify any defects or quality issues
  • Working closely with our agronomy and technical teams to optimize yields and quality
  • Providing expert advice on cutting height and harvesting techniques to maximize quality
  • Assessing and segregating batches to meet our quality standards
  • Collaborating with our teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements

We're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and meticulous individual who is passionate about quality and excellence. You'll need to be a good communicator, both written and verbal, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
