As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our leafy greens. Your expertise will help us maintain the highest standards, from harvest to delivery.

Your Role

The Leaf Quality Controller will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data on our leaf quality. You'll work closely with our production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize yields and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting and recording leaf samples for quality analysis
  • Measuring and counting defects to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with the harvest team to optimize cutting heights and yields
  • Assessing and segregating batches to ensure quality standards are met
  • Providing feedback to the agronomy and technical teams on quality observations
Requirements

We're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail. You'll need to be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be a good communicator, both written and verbal.

  • Hands-on, practical experience in a similar role
  • Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality standards
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
