Your RoleThe Leaf Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our leafy greens. This involves working closely with our production teams to gather data, identify areas for improvement, and implement quality control measures.
Key Responsibilities:- Collecting and analyzing leaf samples to assess quality and identify defects.
- Collaborating with the agronomy team to optimize crop yields and quality.
- Developing and implementing quality control protocols to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Providing feedback and recommendations to the production teams to improve quality and efficiency.
- Assisting other teams as needed to ensure seamless operations.
