Special Needs Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled Special Needs Educator to join our team at Desian Recruitment Ltd. As a dedicated educator, you will work closely with pupils, parents, and colleagues to provide exceptional support and education to children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
About the RoleAs a Special Needs Educator, you will:
- Deliver one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with SEND.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Contribute to the creation of a supportive and inclusive school environment.
- Work with families to develop strategies for supporting pupils with SEND at home.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About You:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
- Has experience working with children with SEND.
- Is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with SEND.
- Demonstrates empathy and patience when working with children with complex needs.
