**About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Supervisor to join our team and manage a commercial portfolio of contracts in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and Leadership: Report to the Account Manager and lead the portfolio in their absence, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Works Management: Identify and quote for ad-hoc, extra, and minor works across the sites, ensuring compliance with statutory and code requirements.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure all sites remain compliant with the latest technical and health and safety guidance, maintaining records as required.
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Ensure PPM is carried out, utilizing schedules and documents controls to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Client Management: Attend client meetings, providing technical support and ensuring service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs.
  • Team Supervision: First-line supervision of specialist service contractors, including induction, signing off, and actioning minor works.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize Help Desk and PPM systems to monitor staff performance and ensure service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs.
  • Log Book Review: Review log books weekly to ensure they are up-to-date and hold relevant information.
  • Hands-on Maintenance: Carry out hands-on PPM and reactive maintenance as required.

Requirements:

  • Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering: HNC, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent.
  • Inspection and Testing: 2391 or equivalent.
  • Leadership Experience: 2-3 years of leadership experience combined with good mechanical and electrical technical knowledge.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a supervisor across multiple contracts/projects.
  • Inspection and Testing Experience: Experience in inspection and testing.
  • Costing and Supervision: Capable of costing and supervising reactive repairs and small project works.
  • Delivery Record: A proven track record of delivery within the M&E maintenance sector.
  • Maintenance Schedules: Knowledge of SFG20 or equivalent maintenance schedules.
  • Safety and Health: IOSH Working/Managing Safely, Safe system of Work Procedure – PTW; RAMS, etc.
  • Team Player: Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literate with ability to work on own initiative.
