Our client, a leading national Facilities Management (FM) Service Provider, is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the contract team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Fabric Technicians and delivering high-quality building fabric works and repairs to a large portfolio of retail branches across the Southeast of England.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Meeting with branch managers to discuss project requirements and expectations
  2. Conducting site visits to assess and estimate the scope of works
  3. Coordinating site set-ups and ensuring timely completion of projects
  4. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and snagging any defects before handing the site back to the client

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced supervisor to take on a challenging and autonomous role within a dynamic and growing contract. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary, a company van for personal use, and a range of excellent company benefits.

  • £43,000 basic salary
