Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Contract Supervisor to join our team at Cbwstaffingsolutions. As a Mobile Contract Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers across a commercial portfolio in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting to the Account Manager: You will be responsible for reporting to the Account Manager and supporting the site managers in their absence.
  2. Supporting Site Managers: You will provide support to the site managers and lead the portfolio in their absence.
  3. Identifying and Quoting for Adhoc Works: You will identify and quote for adhoc/extra/minor works across the sites.
  4. Statutory and Code Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring statutory and code compliance of all sites, ensuring all sites remain compliant and are operating to the latest technical and health and safety guidance.
  5. Planned Preventative Maintenance: You will ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is carried out and that all PPM schedules are utilized and the appropriate document controls are in place and up to date.
  6. Compliance with Statutory Responsibilities: You will ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities and maintain records as required.
  7. Team Performance and Development: You will provide feedback on team and individual performance and identify development needs, conducting regular 1-2-1 and team meetings and performance reviews.
  8. First Line Supervision: You will provide first line supervision of specialist service contractors, including induction and signing off and actioning minor works.
  9. Utilizing Help Desk and PPM Systems: You will utilize help desk and PPM systems to monitor staff performance and ensure service delivery and all SLA's and KPI's are met.
  10. Reviewing Log Books: You will review the log books - each week go through a different log book to ensure it is up to date and holds all the relevant information.
  11. Hands-on PPM and Reactive Maintenance: You will carry out hands-on PPM and reactive maintenance as and when required.
  12. Attending Client Meetings: You will attend client meetings.
  13. Offering Technical Support: You will offer technical support to the client and engineering team.

Requirements:

  1. Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering: You will have electrical, mechanical or building services engineering qualifications, such as HNC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  2. Leadership Experience: You will have 2-3 years leadership experience combined with good mechanical and electrical technical knowledge.
  3. Proven Experience as a Supervisor: You will have proven experience as a supervisor across multiple contracts/projects.
  4. Costing and Supervising Reactive Repairs: You will be capable of costing and supervising reactive repairs and small project works.
  5. Proven Track Record: You will have a proven track record of delivery within the M&E maintenance sector.
  6. SFG20 or Equivalent Maintenance Schedules: You will have knowledge of SFG20 or equivalent maintenance schedules.
  7. Statutory and Mandatory Compliance Maintenance Records: You will have experience in statutory and mandatory compliance maintenance records.
  8. IOSH Working/Managing Safely: You will have IOSH working/managing safely certification.
  9. Team Player: You will be a team player.
  10. Computer Literate: You will be computer literate.
  11. Able to Work on Own Initiative: You will be able to work on your own initiative.
