Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with dementia and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and identify risk factors to ensure the highest possible standards of patient care.
- Provide expert guidance and mentoring to other staff and trainees on placement.
- Collaborate with GPs and other services to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Promote the Trust values and adhere to the NMC and HPC code of conduct.
- Contribute to the leadership of the MAS team, ensuring effective assessment, formulation, planning, and monitoring of care.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid PIN number as a registered mental health nurse.
- Be PMVA trained.
- Hold a fully enhanced valid DBS.

Additional Information:
The hourly rate of £27 is paid via umbrella. We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS. Furthermore, we offer a £250 referral bonus per person for successful referrals.
