Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for the treatment of dementia, utilizing specialist knowledge and understanding.
  • Identify risk factors and take appropriate action to ensure the highest possible standards of patient care.
  • Provide effective communication between GP's and other services, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Mentor and supervise other staff and trainees, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Embed the Trust values within the MAS service, adhering to NMC and HPC codes of conduct.
  • Collaborate with the team manager to ensure leadership provides effective assessment, formulation, planning, and monitoring of care.
