Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective care plans for patients with dementia, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs, identifying risk factors and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Provide expert guidance and support to other staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

- Hold a valid PIN number as a registered mental health nurse.
