Job Title: Quality Control Executive

About the Role:

Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for quality assurance? Do you have excellent communication skills in both English and German? We are seeking a Quality Control Executive to join our team at Dovetail Recruitment Ltd. As a Quality Control Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and precision of our artwork and designs.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in the administration of the quality control checking procedure, including external client checks, admin, and filing related to external checks

* Check designs and artworks for compliance with existing brand guidelines

* Perform first-stage artwork checks

* Advise and train other staff members within the studio on applicable guidelines

* Ensure all design, text, layout, and color aspects within artworks are in line with our brand guidelines

Requirements:

* Fluent in both English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Educated to at least Degree level qualification

* Experience in MS Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)

* Ability to balance and own your own workload
