Clinical Psychologist for Older Peoples Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist to join our team as the Strategic and Professional Lead for Working Age Adults Psychology. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and delivery of high-quality psychology services for working age adults in our acute inpatient services.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical, professional, and strategic leadership in developing and maintaining systematic, high-quality, and comprehensive psychology services for working age adults within the acute pathway.
- Lead the professional and clinical supervision of qualified and pre-qualified clinical psychologists and other professionals.
- Develop and implement service improvements and developments in specialist and generic areas.
- Manage referrals and waiting lists and contribute to the strategic development of services.
- Represent the profession in local policy fora and liaise and negotiate with commissioners and others concerned with determining service provision.
