Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to join our team at Taylor & Francis Group. As a Content Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the production of titles from receipt of content to upload for press.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for checking content for acceptance, entering key information into our database, and communicating with colleagues in other departments as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking content for acceptance and entering key information into our database
  • Commissioning external suppliers and preparing material for them
  • Maintaining up-to-date schedules and information on our database
  • Communicating with colleagues in other departments
  • Completing multiple tasks to deadlines
  • Checking quality of final files and uploading files for publication
  • Controlling schedules and budgets
  • Assessing and coding invoices for prompt supplier payment

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
