Job Title: Master Project Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Master Project Scheduler to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning function across multiple projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain fully integrated tender, contract, and delivery programmes from first principles, working closely with project teams and specialist supply chains.
  • Proactively support project teams in achieving programme objectives, providing expert guidance and advice as required.
  • Establish and manage 8-week look-ahead plans, ensuring accurate forecasting and identification of potential risks and opportunities.
  • Support project teams in weekly and monthly programme updates, communicating status via agreed dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of programme data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in project scheduling, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Experience with project management software and tools, including MS Project and similar platforms.

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
