Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager - Master Planner to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance on project controls, risk management, and budgeting.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects and will possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embedding Controls: Embed a robust breakdown structure, integrating data from each control function to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Estimating and Planning: Coordinate estimating sessions to reach an agreed market-tested cost baseline, focusing on value for money and budget realism.
  • Risk Management: Manage the risk management process, including qualitative and quantitative assessments to support cost and schedule predictability.
  • Schedule Control: Ensure the master program is applied with quality checks, updates from clients and principal contractors.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in delivering controls in major project/programme environments, ideally within Data Centre's, Life Sciences, Pharma, R&D facilities, Industrial, Manufacturing, Distribution & Logistics sectors.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency with controls/general software applications such as Primavera (P6), Power BI, Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Engineering Knowledge: Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes.
  • Leadership: Experience in managing a multi-functional controls team and leading collaborative workshops.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
