Third Party Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Procurement Third-Party Risk, Governance & Planning Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team focused on third-party risk, policy, and governance, while overseeing the development and implementation of third-party risk management frameworks and processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team responsible for third-party risk, policy, and governance
- Oversee the development and implementation of third-party risk management frameworks and processes
- Drive risk oversight and mitigation within Group Procurement
- Proven track record of planning, attention to detail, and delivery of appropriate actions and responses
- Strong leadership skills, maintaining a One Aviva approach to deliver our strategy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of risk and governance methodologies
- Salary: circa £85,000 (national) - circa £95,000 (London)
- Bonus opportunity: 12% of annual salary
