Senior Quality Control Manager

Zest is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control Manager to lead its QA team and ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant products. As a key member of the Technical Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems, managing HACCP programs, and participating in BRC audits.
About the RoleIn this critical position, you will:
- Oversee daily quality assurance operations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Lead and prepare for third-party audits, including BRC, HACCP, and GMP.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of QA professionals to foster a high-performance and collaborative environment.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure alignment with internal and external requirements.
As a valued member of the Zest team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $90,000-$120,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.
