Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the studio's design strategy, ensuring the highest quality of design across all projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
- Collaborate with the Design Director to evaluate candidates and evaluate team performance.
- Support the Design Director in managing the design department, ensuring smooth project delivery and meeting deadlines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including publishers, partners, and industry experts.
- At least 8 years of experience in the games industry, with a strong background in design and leadership.
- Proven track record of shipping successful titles, with a minimum of 5 shipped games as a lead or senior designer.
- Experience working with Unreal Engine 5 and other industry-standard tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
