Corporate Tax Senior Associate Director

TPF Recruitment is working with a leading firm of chartered accountants in Sussex who have a strong reputation across the South Coast. Our client provides a wide range of accounting services to a diverse client base, including sole traders, LLPs, and Ltd companies, as well as national and international groups.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Corporate Tax Associate Director to join their highly successful team. The role will focus on holistic corporate tax services to owner-managed businesses, with the possibility of leading or specializing in technical areas such as R&D or International tax.
Key Responsibilities- Be one of the main points of contact for corporate tax work across the firm.
- Work alongside other partners to support existing clients with tax needs.
- Identify and advise clients and staff on tax planning opportunities and undertake specialist technical work as required.
- Work with other Managers and Directors to develop new businesses and build on existing relationships.
- Be responsible for the work and career development of a small team of Seniors and Trainee Accountants.
- Be involved in local networking events, seminars, and cross-selling of services.
- This will be an autonomous position, sitting alongside other partners to ensure the business operates efficiently and plans for future growth.
The successful candidate will be ACCA/ACA or CTA qualified, with experience in delivering corporate tax advice and solutions to a diverse client base. They will have a strong background in a Top 10, top 100, or large independent firm of chartered accountants, and be looking to take their step into a Director/Partner position.
BenefitsThe salary for this role is £60,000 + dependent on experience and background, negotiable. The firm offers a highly competitive benefits package, including a fantastic pension, holiday allowance, and flexible benefits platform. Remote working will be considered 2-3 days a week, and the role can be based anywhere in Sussex.
