Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Associate Design Director to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you'll be responsible for implementing our studio design strategy and championing the highest quality of design across the studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the studio design strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet business goals
  • Contribute to the development of design processes and standards, ensuring consistency and excellence
  • Identify and mitigate design risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in the games industry, with a focus on design leadership
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects, with a strong understanding of design principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Experience working with Unreal Engine 5, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex design challenges and develop effective solutions
